Come ye yourselves apart.....and rest a while.

Hunmanby is a popular village perched on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds.

Surrounded by stunning scenery and beautiful landscapes, this bustling village looks down over farmland to North Yorkshire's famous seaside resort of Filey and Filey Bay.

Once the largest village in Great Britain, Hunmanby lies directly between Scarborough and Bridlington.
At one time the main road between the two towns passed through Hunmanby, but it now runs closer to Filey.

Hunmanby has a railway station

(20 yards from the B & B).

It is located on the
Yorkshire Coast Line and is operated by Northern Rail who provide all the passenger train services between Scarborough and Hull.

Local places to Hunmanby well worth visiting are

Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington, Bempton, Flamborough, Whitby, York, Driffield, Beverley, Malton and Pickering.
